# Hamilton Initiative
> The Hamilton Initiative is developing a four-story mixed-use project at 18 Utica Street, designed to provide contemporary housing and commercial space in the village core. The site will feature 41 residential rental apartments on floors 2-4, with retail, office, and commercial space on the first floor, alongside 37 parking spaces. A new public courtyard is planned to create a pedestrian connection between Utica and Madison Streets, enhancing the charm of the historic village. The Hamilton Initiative, affiliated with Colgate University, has a long history of investing in and revitalizing the Village of Hamilton. This project aims to further contribute to the economic vitality and appeal of the village core.

- **articleUrl** - URL of the reference article for the Wix API method.
